The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras will take to the Government Board an agreement with the National Currency and Stamp Factory to start a Registration Office for the validation of digital certificates at the Town Hall.
In this way, the Municipal Council offers a service to the neighbors that will avoid having to move to other locations to obtain this electronic certification issued by the FNMT-Real Casa de la Moneda, which links its subscriber with some signature verification data and confirm your identity.
This certificate, also known as the Citizen or User Certificate, is a digital document that contains the user's identifying data, and allows him to perform transactions securely with the Public Administration and Private Entities through the Internet.
Among others: presentation and liquidation of taxes, presentation of appeals and claims, consultations of circulation fines, consultation and procedures for subsidies or electronic signature of documents and official forms.
Thanks to this FNMT physical person certificate, unnecessary travel and waiting are avoided.
The process of obtaining the digital certificate consists of only three steps:
Application for the certificate by going to the website https://www.cert.fnmt.es, clicking on "certificates" and then "physical person".
The website of the Electronic Office for the Application will be opened, and then click on "obtain software certificate" and then on "request certificate".
The applicant enters his or her NIF or NIE, first surname and email where the application code will be sent, which must be submitted to the Registration Office.
Provided with the application code obtained in the previous step and its identification document (DNI, NIE), the user must appear in a Registry Office, among which will soon be the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras.
Once your identity is accredited in a Registration Office and using the application code, the user can proceed to download and install their certificate.
To do this you must enter the web https://www.cert.fnmt.es.
In the menu you have to press "Certificates", "Physical Person", "Get Software Certificate" and then "Download Certificate".
