The Ventanilla Unica located in the municipal offices of Esparragal, which was inaugurated in 2008, has not been servicing for more than a year.
On this occasion we have the facilities where to provide the service, all the necessary investment since its implementation in 2008 and in perfect working order, we even have official staff that opens these municipal offices to the public on a daily basis, but the service It is not being provided.
On this occasion, the mismanagement of the personnel of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, where innumerable changes accumulate in the staff that travels there to perform their duties, has led us to currently no worker has the necessary courses to give the service.
The absence of this theoretical-practical training prevents the worker there displaced from having access codes and authorizations of the Autonomous Community of Murcia to access the system.
The simple designation of an official who performs his work in a stable manner from these municipal offices, thus allowing him to be properly trained for the performance of his duties, would immediately allow the reopening of the Single Window service in this district.
A stability that, in addition, would allow the official to be trained in other services that are being provided from these offices, and that today require countless consultations to carry them out, returning to an agility of processes and quality in the service that we do not have now.
Therefore, the Socialist Party asks the Puerto Lumbreras government team to designate an official to perform their duties in a stable manner from the municipal offices of the Esparragal, to proceed to train the designated worker in those courses required by the Ventanilla Unica de the Autonomous Community and that the pertinent authorizations are requested, thus having the necessary access codes to the system for the designated worker.
