The Autonomous Community subsidizes up to 500 euros for a maximum of 6 months, and may be included as the first monthly payment for the month of April 2020 The aid is intended for those people who have seen their income reduced due to job loss, who are part of an ERTE or who have reduced their working hours or self-employed activity The Puerto Lumbreras City Council enables an information service to facilitate the procedures to request the extraordinary rental aid COVID-19, whose term is already open until September 30.

Those interested must go to the CEILUM located on Avenida de los Pinos (next to the municipal summer pools) by appointment, by calling 652 902 290 and 968 403 107.

They are intended for those people who have seen their income reduced by loss of employment, who are part of an ERTE or who have reduced their working hours or self-employed activity.

Aid may amount to 500 euros per month, for a maximum period of six months. The processing of these extraordinary subsidies will be on behalf of the interested parties by telematic means through the Electronic Office of the Community (sede.carm.es).

It will be essential to accredit electronically through the Tax Agency or the Mint and Stamp Factory, or also through the electronic DNI.

Those who need it can validate their digital certificate, also known as a Citizen or User Certificate, at the Registration Office located at the Puerto Lumbreras City Council, after requesting it on the web https://www.cert.fnmt.es . Administrative procedures have been simplified to speed up completion and receive aid.

The essential documentation to make the request is the rental agreement, the proof of the last three months paid, the registration certificate and the receipts of the basic supplies of the house (electricity, water, telephone) and payroll or any other valid document in right accrediting the income level of the applicant and the members of the family unit corresponding to the month prior to the presentation of the aid application.

The grant, which has a budget of 16 million euros, is framed within the 'Reactive Program' of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and has the objective of providing security to households against the economic consequences of COVID-19.
