Among the actions that will be carried out, the annual Entrepreneurs Competition and the launch of commercial initiatives such as "Christmas Campaign", "Rebajas Commercial Campaign" or the "Gastronomic Days-Route of the Cap" stand out.The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Puerto Lumbreras, ASEPLU, have signed a collaboration agreement that aims to carry out actions to stimulate, participate and organize various events.
Among them, the collaboration of both institutions stands out for the organization and realization of the annual Entrepreneurs Contest and the launch of commercial initiatives such as "Christmas Campaign", "Sales Campaign", "Campaign of lovers", "Day del Padre "," Mother's Day "," Gastronomic Days-Ruta de la tapa "or" Trade Fair ". On the other hand, close collaboration is also carried out with the Local Development Agency of the Puerto Lumbreras City Council in promoting entrepreneurship, professionalization and new business opportunities, through dissemination and information work to its associates, as well as training actions directed to these ends.
In addition, the agreement contemplates the implementation of quarterly promotion and dissemination campaigns, among which stand out "Advertising on companies on a giant screen", "Promotion in the press and on the radio", "Information and prevention campaign on the COVID-19 crisis" or "Work calendars", among others. The councilor for Economic Dynamization and Local Development; Rocío Martínez, has shown her firm support for merchants and businessmen and stressed that "with this agreement we are going to strengthen the commercial sector, promote small and medium-sized companies in Puerto Lumbreras and boost the economic fabric of the municipality.
Important actions to promote and development of the local economy, even more so in these moments of crisis that we are going through as a result of the consequences of the Alarm State and the COVID-19 pandemic.
