The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and the Councillor for Sports, Juan Francisco Carrillo, visited the students of the new women's volleyball sports school, which has been launched recently in the municipality.

Specifically, twenty girls train every Monday from 19:00 to 20:00 and Wednesday from 17:00 to 18:00 at the Sports Center Street San Javier.

The new sports school with the collaboration of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, who has given facilities for this sport, as well as the material used by students in the development of the activity.

Councillor for Sports, Juan Francisco Carrillo, stressed that "we extend the sporting activities of the municipality with a new form demanded by lumbrerenses".

Thus, he added that "Puerto Lumbreras already has ten sports schools for each person to make the sport that you like and that best suits your possibilities."

On the other hand, Carrillo pointed out that "our town has magnificent sports facilities in which activities aimed at audiences of all ages are offered".

Finally, people interested in joining this school must attend the Youth Space.
