The Youth Correspondents perform their final match at the Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara in Puerto Lumbreras (18/06/2016)

Over fifty young people participating in the regional program "Youth Correspondents" share a day together at the Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara.

The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras and CEO of Youth were also present at this meeting and have made delivery of diplomas.

The Youth Hostel Cabezo de la Jara has been the place chosen to hold the final meeting of "Youth Correspondents," a program organized by the Department of Youth, belonging to the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson, in collaboration with the Directorate General of quality Education and Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Universities.

Thus, more than 60 young people come together during this weekend in Puerto Lumbreras to exchange experiences, evaluate their work as youth information and take stock of the activities undertaken during the past year.

Thus, at 9.30 am he has started the day in the auditorium of the Cultural Center, where were also present technical offices of youth management of all municipalities, with a talk of experiences and best practices.

At noon there has been a presentation of certificates by the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, the CEO of Youth, Fran Sanchez, and the Councillor for Youth, Andres Lopez.

The activities will continue this afternoon with sightseeing to the main attractions of the city as the Castle Nogalte or cave houses tematizada.

In addition, young people perform leisure activities and free time in the environment of the natural landscape Cabezo de la Jara and visit the Astronomical Observatory "Cabezo de la Jara".
