The concert "In the light of the moon" is part of the summer program 'Nogalte Cultural' designed by the Department of Tourism and Culture for the summer months.
The Castle of Nogalte de Puerto Lumbreras hosted last night the performance of the flamenco singer Curro Piñana in the concert "In the light of the moon" where he was accompanied by Fran Tornero on guitar, Ángel Valdegrama on piano and Alejandro Solano who was in charge of percussion .
At the concert, which began at 10:00 pm, more than a hundred people came to enjoy the best flamenco in an environment of singular beauty such as the Castle of Nogalte.
The cantaor offered the best of his repertoire and also sang to the public of Puerto Lumbreras "The Bride of the Sun" by the recently honored poet lumbrerense, Buenaventura Romera.
This cultural initiative is part of the summer program 'Nogalte Cultural' designed by the Department of Tourism and Culture for the summer months.
It should be noted that the cantaor cartagenero Francisco Javier Piñana Conesa, known as Curro Piñana, has obtained throughout his artistic career multiple and important awards as the first prize and Melon de Oro in the XII National Festival of Lo Ferro, the First Prize Of Fandangos Mineros at the XXXVI International Festival of Cante de las Minas or the National Flamenco Active Award - City of Úbeda.
