About thirty photographers participated in the Fotomaratón organized by the Leisure and Sport with Nature association Silybum, in collaboration with the Sports Department of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras.
The Photo Marathon began at the Railway Station of La Estación-Esparragal, coinciding with the arrival of the celebration of its Patron Saint Festivities.
The development of the activity had two tests, one for absolute category and another for children category aimed at children under 15 years.
In the contest, only JPG files were admitted and for the prize, the photographs could not be manipulated or retouched.
In this way, the winner of the Fotomaratón was for Eva Merlos and Mari Trini Rodríguez.
In addition, the jury awarded the prize for the best photography of the contest and award to the one that best answers all questions to Juan Carlos Martínez;
In addition, prizes were also awarded to the best free theme photography and prize for the best children's collection.
The jury was made up of independent photographers of recognized prestige, representatives of the Silybum association, amateur photographers and sponsors of the event.
All the photographs of the contest remain exposed in the hall of celebrations of Restaurant Guirrete.
It should be noted that this initiative has been launched in collaboration with Fotos Mais, Moman, Informática y Electrónica Pistolo, José María Fotógrafo, Sola and Restaurante Guirrete.
