A Meeting of Saetas was held with the performance of Curro Piñana and Raúl "El Balilla", former contestant of the first edition of the "La Voz Kids" program.
Last night the procession of the Pain and the Holy Burial was celebrated, presided over by the titular image of the Blessed Virgin of the Dolores, in which they participated the brotherhoods of the Veronica and Santa Face, Recumbent Christ and San Juan Evangelista.
The image of the Virgen de los Dolores is a delicate sculptural piece in which the beauty of her face and her eyes that express, with great serenity, a deep sorrow, while her open hands seem to call us to recollection and prayer stand out on the night of Good Friday.
In parallel, the 20th edition of the Saetas Encounter "La saeta en el dolor" took place on the balconies of the procession.
The new edition featured the performance of flamenco singer Curro Piñana, Raúl "El Balilla" (former contestant of the first edition of the "La Voz Kids" program), Verónica Sobrinos, Nicolás Pelegrín and José Antonio Chacón.
The meeting was organized by the Antigua and Venerable Brotherhood of the Stma.
