Trovera Association "José María Marín" has been responsible for bringing the Trovo more than 200 schoolchildren of public schools 'Juan Antonio López Alcaraz' and 'Sacred Heart' of Puerto Lumbreras.
The campaign is sponsored by the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the Regional Assembly.
Tuesday, 17 May 2011.El Puerto Lumbreras City Council through the Department of Education, Culture and Celebrations, and in collaboration with the Autonomous Community, has organized a conference of trova in a local primary school, involving more than 200 children from 5 and 6 elementary public schools 'Juan Antonio López Alcaraz' and 'Sacred Heart'.
On the other hand, the campaign sponsored by the Regional Assembly and the Autonomous Community of Murcia, has been developed in schools by the Association Trovera "José María Marín" and addressed to the youngest of the locality who has aroused great interest and enthusiasm .
Specifically, the sessions included a theoretical part, with an exhibition on the folk verse, its characteristics, its history and technique for the composition of the verses, and a practical demonstration of the troubadours on the various forms of this art, improvised subjects chosen by the school.
Thus, with an educational, entertaining and fun is encouraged this art so ingrained in the Region of Murcia, trovo promoting the approach to more young people to know, understand and preserve it as part of the traditions of the municipality.
