The building will have 3,400 square meters distributed in the basement and ground floor will house all the security forces, and incorporate a computer terminal associated with the emergency number 112 through the Emergency Services.

The basement includes parking, storage, archive and put to rest, while the ground floor are the offices of the staff of the security forces, the reception room and citizen services, auditorium, boardroom and meeting , plus kitchen and dining room.
