The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Public Spaces, is making improvement and refurbishment works at the Municipal Public Park.
Among the actions being carried out, is the inclusion of new playgrounds and adjusted by age.
It also highlights the contrast between the drip irrigation system to promote more efficient water saving, replacement of the drainage system and new sources of rainwater collectors and improvement works and refurbishment of the decorative fountains with which account park.
According to the councilman of Public Spaces, Juan Ramón Cayuela, "all these actions will improve the facilities we are developing the municipality's main public park, including new playgrounds, new green spaces and increasing the areas shaded area for the summer period."
On the other hand, is installing new street furniture like benches or bins, and 120 square feet of rubber flooring in the new children's area, to increase security in the park.
"The session continues promoting actions to improve public spaces in the municipality, and also this month will add new areas of shaded area in different places and public parks."
