The Plenary Session of the Puerto Lumbreras City Council approved with votes in favor of PP, Vox and United Left, and the abstention of PSOE, a motion submitted by Vox that requires the State Highway Demarcation, under the Ministry of Development, the signaling of the Puerto Lumbreras Industrial Estate from the A-7 motorway.

An articulated signaling by means of two large banners, one at exit 645 in the direction of Almería, and another similar one at exit 649, in the direction of Murcia.

All this with the objective of helping the companies and industries installed in this Polygon and giving the greatest boost and dynamism possible to the lumbrerense business fabric.

With this motion, the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras continues the work started several months ago, and the mayor;

María Ángeles Tunisia, requests a meeting to the general director of the Demarcation of Roads to begin the procedures that modify the Law, and in this way allow signaling the industrial zone of the El Descanso Polygon from the A-7 highway.

Government team sources lament the ambiguous position of the Socialist Municipal Group in the face of a historical and fair demand from the businessmen of the El Descanso Industrial Estate.
