The heated pools house a varied program of activities for all ages.
In addition, the gym sports a completely renovated machinery.
The Puerto Lumbreras Sports Center, which houses the heated pools, starts the new season next Monday, September 16.
Thus, it has been announced by the Councilor for Sports and Physical Activity, Juan Rubén Burrueco.
The registration period for the different activities was opened on September 1, although it will not be until next Monday when the courses begin.

The Department already has the new program of activities, which will be aimed at people of all ages.
These include adult swimming, therapeutic swimming, infant swimming and swimming for babies in the company of parents.
Likewise, citizens may attend aquasalud, aquagym, aquaextrem or synchronized swimming classes, upon registration.
It should be noted that the first weekend of each month, the pool will open Saturday all day and Sunday morning.
During the summer months, taking advantage of the closure of the facilities, the City Council has carried out structural reforms in the vessels, replacement of purification filters, cleaning and maintenance tasks, joints, faucet changes, or lighting revision, among others commissioning tasks both in the pool and in the pavilion.
Apart from the water activities, the Sports Center completes the offer with the activities of the sports schools: paddle tennis, tennis, athletics, volleyball and basketball, among others.
And it also has a gym with two rooms;
one with fully renewed weight training machinery, and another self-loading room.
The gym schedule is the same as the Sports Center.
Monday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Prices are € 15 to use 2 times a week and € 20 if they are 3 times a week.
There are bonuses for free use of swimming pool and gyms.
In all the activities of the Center there are several discounts: pensioners (50%), disability (50%), large family (25%), federated, unemployed and university students (10%).
