More than 300 spectators attended yesterday the performance of the play "Fuga", a fun comedy by the San Juan Teatro group, directed by Juanjo Guisado, where the funds raised will go to the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC).
Among those attending the function was the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras;
Mari Ángeles Tunisia, and the councilors of the Government team Rocío Martínez, César Gázquez, Francisco Gázquez and Toñi Navarro.
"Fugue" tells the story of a good-natured government minister who has just been involved in a corruption scandal and his wife has abandoned him, so he flirts with the idea of suicide.
Until he meets a commercial of the 'Gas Company' that will fill his life with illusion and an endless number of unexpected conflicts that the viewer is discovering during the course of the work.
The leading role is for Pedro Flores as the politician Isidre.
The rest of the cast is formed by Emma Cortizo, as Vicenta, the gas commercial;
Paqui García, like Yolanda, a prostitute;
Diego Moreno, a professional thug;
and Juanjo Guisado, who gets into the skin of a hilarious elderly person with disabilities.
This is another of the initiatives that are part of the program of activities of the Local Board of Puerto Lumbreras of the AECC with the collaboration of the City Council, after the massive march against breast cancer and the breast self-exploration workshop last October , or the annual dinner for the benefit of the fight against this disease that took place on November 9.
