Thousands of children will go out to the street in Puerto Lumbreras next Sunday this afternoon to receive the Magi upon their arrival in the municipality.
This year, His Majesties will be accompanied by animated characters, dancers from the Riá Pitá dance academy and the Municipal Music Band.
In addition, the floats that were winners in the parade that took place on the occasion of the festivities last October will also participate in the parade.
As for the tour, it will be similar to other years.
The ride will start at 5:00 p.m. from Avenida Almería to continue along San Francisco Street, Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Mayor, Orfeón Fernández Caballero and finish at Avenida Región Murciana until the courtyard of the Cultural Center.
Once there, around 6 pm, the Magi from the East will distribute thousands of gifts to all the children attending, and the little ones can personally greet Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar and ask for their wishes.
It should be noted that the City of Puerto Lumbreras has coordinated a special security device for this occasion with Local Police agents, members of Civil Protection and Emergencies, as well as health personnel.
