The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras;

César Gázquez, met this morning with Iberdrola officials to discuss the relationship of actions and investments that the electricity company is carrying out and plans to carry out in the municipality.
From the City Council, Iberdrola has been requested to improve the quality of electricity supply in the district of Goñar, as well as expedite the management of the files in the area of ​​Los Pallareses, guarantee the electricity supply to various applications in Camino de Vera, as well as the underground crossing of the low voltage line at Avenida Doctor Salvador Caballero García.
Likewise, they have been able to verify "in situ" the renovation works of the underground medium voltage line between the Cabildo Transformation Center and the Los Gemelos Transformation Center, which has been running since January 18, and which is being replacing an old driver "P3P" with "HERPZ1", which will significantly improve the service.
A work that runs through the streets Beniel, Orfeón Fernandez Caballero, Avenida Región Murciana, Pedro García Rubio, Juan Antonio López Alcaraz and Capitán Cortés.
The total investment of the works that Iberdrola currently has in Puerto Lumbreras amounts to € 780,200.
These actions include the renovation of 7 sections of Medium Voltage Underground Network using HEPRZ1 aluminum cables, used for the transport and distribution of energy, which provide greater safety and respect for the environment.
The sections already executed are: Orfeón Distribution Center to San Javier Distribution Center, Orfeón CR to Juan Carlos Transformation Center, Orfeón CR to CT Cabildo, CT La Huerta to CT Pasaje and CT South to CT Agustín Tárraga.
In execution is the mentioned section CT Cabildo-CT Los Gemelos, and soon the works of the section between CT Cabildo-CT Auditorium will begin.
In addition, work has also been carried out on exits of the Nogalte substation, and a medium voltage overhead line reinforcement section is being executed to increase power at the Extruline Systems Caudal facilities.
