The PSOE will work to achieve the stability of all workers equally and will fully implement a motion to dissolve public companies for the sake of transparency and incorporate the personnel of these companies into the staff of the City Council.
At the national level there is a trade union agreement to carry out the stability of all labor personnel whose maximum execution period is until December 2020. Law 3/2017 of June 27 of General State Budgets 2017 for the stabilization of eventual personnel in fraud of law it establishes that the index of temporality in the public administration must not exceed 8%.
The General Secretary of the Socialist Party considers that there are already favorable sentences for these workers, the City Council must update the RPT and the staff of personnel in compliance with article 90 of the Law on Local Regime Bases.
It is incredible that they use the workers politically continuously, promising stability in each electoral period, and that they continue without taking a firm step.
