The initiative wants to remind neighbors of their important role in the face of the situation of home confinement, and calls on citizens to go to the emergency telephone numbers enabled at the slightest indication of mistreatment in nearby homes.

To do this, the campaign is supported by a video broadcast under the slogan "now more than ever, she needs you and you can save her life by calling the emergency services.

Don't hesitate ...

if you hear her, call!" A video in which representatives of associations and NGOs, State security forces and bodies, health professionals and numerous well-known faces have collaborated, among others the actors Fernando Tejero, Pepa Aniorte or Carlos Santos, or the musicians Rozalén, Carlos Tarque, El Kanka, Diego Cantero or Marwan, among others. The Official College of Pharmaceuticals of the Region of Murcia joins the "Mask 19" initiative The Official College of Pharmacists of the Region of Murcia has decided to join the 'Mask 19' initiative to help potential victims of gender violence or sexual assault through the network of 569 pharmacies in the Autonomous Community.

The objective of this project is that women who are in a situation of risk or danger to their physical, psychological and sexual integrity, both in their closest family environment and on public roads, can approach the pharmacy and request a 'Mask 19'. This slogan will serve so that the pharmaceutical personnel know that the woman is at possible risk and make a call to alert the emergency services of the situation, 016 in this case, which, from there, will indicate the steps to follow and the information they require, guaranteeing maximum discretion and confidentiality. For this emergency call to be effective, the woman will be asked, as far as possible and with the greatest discretion possible, for her name, address and telephone number, or a paper and pen will be provided for her to write.
