| The performances will be held outdoors, complying at all times with the necessary security measures to avoid possible crowds in the environment | The Puerto Lumbreras City Council has joined the CREA Plan "Noches al Raso", an initiative of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts (ICA) of the Region of Murcia to promote performances by Murcian artists outdoors during the months of July , August and September with a budget of 150,000 euros for the entire Autonomous Community. This initiative, which consists of the programming of performing arts and outdoor music, aims to accommodate professionals from the cultural industries, taking into account the needs of this sector.
"From the City Council we have always supported local artists and thanks to this initiative, on the part of the Ministry of Culture, we are going to have the opportunity to carry out shows and disseminate the Murcian and Lumbrerenses professionals who need it so much before the serious situation generated by the health crisis of the COVID-19 ", has indicated the councilor for Culture; Juan Rubén Burrueco. The financial financing by the ICA will consist of the contribution of 75% of the cache of the selected shows, that is, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros.
While the City Council will contribute the remaining 25%, as well as the provision of the spaces with the technical infrastructure that is necessary for each action, establishing the necessary security measures at all times to avoid possible crowds in the environment. Once the Region of Murcia passes to the new normality, the Puerto Lumbreras City Council will announce a cultural program for the enjoyment of both residents and visitors one more summer, which is already working for its presentation.
