| The need to give a definitive boost to the transfer of Negratín, of vital importance to the municipality, marked the topics on the table of work | Today, Monday, July 12, the PSOE spokesperson in Puerto Lumbreras, Mª Rosa García, together with the Irrigation Community of the municipality, held a fruitful working meeting with the new Government Delegate, José Veléz.

The Secretary General of the PSOE in Puerto Lumbreras, María Rosa García, conveyed to the Government Delegate that ¨ The Irrigation Community has been fighting for this issue for 17 years, ten of which already had a Supreme Court ruling in which they were given the reason , specifically since 2010¨ After two decades of demands since José Cerrillo, the former socialist mayor, began the procedures for obtaining water resources from Negratín, the time has come to give the final impulse for approval. The Secretary General of the PSOE of Puerto Lumbreras, María Rosa García, also transferred to the Government Delegate, other topics of vital importance to the municipality.
The unquestionable support to the agricultural and livestock sector of the municipality and the need to protect the irrigated perimeter, an issue that was also highlighted by the Irrigation Community.
