The new document has been approved unanimously by all the union delegates with representation in the consistory.

The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Mª Ángeles Túnez, explained that "the signing of this agreement is a reflection of a good capacity for dialogue and negotiation, in which we have given priority to the public interest of citizens". Tunisia has assured that "this agreement has given greater relevance to issues such as teleworking in those positions that allow it, to offer this possibility to those workers who want to take advantage of this modality in the circumstances imposed by the COVID pandemic -19.

With this signature, we have reached a point of agreement that guarantees the rights of the workers and allows the personnel to provide better services and with higher quality to the residents of Lumbrere, thereby directly benefiting all citizens.
