In this way, the Lumbrerense council continues to promote the continuous improvement of its tourist services and products, and in this case, with the most appropriate and necessary technological means in the context caused by Covid-19, in addition to conditioning the unique tourist resources of the municipality of Puerto Lumbreras.

Thanks to this regional subsidy, the Puerto Lumbreras City Council will address the municipal tourism revitalization, incorporating new technologies in the management of municipal tourist information through the acquisition of a software application ('app') designed for mobile devices: smartphones, tablets, etc., including two virtual glasses that will be available at the municipal tourism office.

Likewise, two of the main tourist infrastructures in the town will be improved, with the renovation of the signage of the Medina Nogalte complex and the arrangement of the facades of the cave houses on the Cuesta de la Pava.

"Puerto Lumbreras has a great patrimonial wealth that we must protect, conserve and disseminate in order to advance in the knowledge of our culture and make our history known, and thanks to these actions we can continue to meet this priority objective for the City Council.
