Holders of the ministries of the Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, Education, Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, and Universities, Business and Research, Salvador Marín, met yesterday with the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, to promote the implementation of the future School of Hotel and Restaurant in this county.
To move forward in shaping this new facility, part of the Rural Development Plan Murcia Executive, responsible for the Community and the Consistory agreed to develop a market survey to identify training needs in this area.
The aim of this course of action is that the future School, along with other related initiatives, suppose a shock to the town, effective local and regional level.
The building will be built near the Parador Nacional de Turismo de Puerto Lumbreras, on a plot of over 5,000 square meters.
The new facility, as part of a local project called 'City-School' will be integrated in a campus to be taught with modules on the sector, which was completed with the conversion of Parador Parador as-School.
