The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and Fitness Center have organized today Naturans Masterclass Spinning and Batuka in the vicinity of Castle Nogalte to promote sports among citizens.
So, from 19:00 to 21:00, more than fifty people have approached Medina Nogalte to participate in this sports initiative open to all audiences.
In addition, it also has made a laughter therapy workshop and an exhibition of dance by Ballet Maria Teresa Lazareno for attendees.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has carried out this free activity for citizens following the recommendations of the World Health Organization to promote physical activity for good health and well-being of the population.
Councillor for Equality, Sonia Lopez, stressed that "the objective of this activity is to promote physical activity and sport as a healthy habit, while enjoying a pleasant afternoon and outdoor leisure."
Note that this activity is part of the programming designed by the Department of Equal Opportunities, in collaboration with the Department of Sports.
