Varied activities such as storytelling, songs, rhymes and vocabulary games will be used to learn the new language.
The Municipal Nursery Network of Puerto Lumbreras will count, from the month of April, with English classes for children from 1 to 12 years.
The classes will be taught by a qualified teacher with teaching experience.
"We are aware of the importance of learning English and the advantages of doing it from children, so we want to offer this opportunity to the families of Puerto Lumbreras. It is fundamental that children learn a new language in a fun way, with a participatory and creative methodology ", Explained the Councilor for Equality of Opportunities and Childhood, Sonia López.
The methodology will be based on play, surprise and repetition.
Varied activities such as storytelling, songs and vocabulary games will be used to learn the new language so that children are curious and acquire more knowledge.
Groups will be reduced and divided by age groups, depending on the demand.
Those families who want to try out this new service have the possibility to register their children for a week for free.

The Councilor for Equality has explained that "our Children's Schools, through the project Pequecultura, offer children another mother tongue while developing their psychomotor skills and stimulate intellectual development."
