The second prize has been for Bar-Merendero La Jarana and in third place has been Bar Avenue.
The V Tour of the Tapa "Sabor lumbrerense" has already finished with the awarding of prizes to the winners of this new edition.
Of the nearly thirty participating establishments, three have been awarded prizes.
In particular, the first prize has been for Mesón Mi Cortijo for its creative cover of artichoke flower with pearls of foie and Iberian ham powder.
The second prize has been, like the previous year, for Bar-Merendero La Jarana for the loin of tuna encebollado with sweet and sour sauce and quinoa.
In third place is the cod confit of the Bar Avenue.
The prizes have been awarded by a jury composed by the chef of Hotel Riscal, Parador de Lorca and Mesón Villarejo.
It is worth mentioning that the establishment that has won the first prize has received 300 euros, the second 200 euros and the third 100 euros.
The caps offered by the establishments of hotel and catering have had a price of 2.50 euros, which also included a consumption of beer.
In total, 26 culinary specialties have been offered, made with high quality products and designed specifically for this route.
This gastronomic event that has been held throughout the month of March has been organized by the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the business associations ASEPLU, AMEL and Official Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras.
Councilor for Trade, Angela Morillas, stressed that "this route of the tapa has been a success. With this initiative we have boosted local gastronomy and we have promoted the activity of our bars and restaurants."
Finally, Morillas has encouraged the owners of the establishments to continue participating in this type of initiatives.
The establishments that have participated have been Cueva de la Sultana, La Rambla, El Descanso, El Limite, Mesón Mi Cortijo, Pernías, El Ruedo, Loma's, Ham sandwich, Granada, Los Rosales, Avenida, Tesas, Loly, La Jarana, La Posada, Relax, Enyan I, Enyan II, Juan and Ana, Monsieur Citron, Liron, Levante, Los Angeles, Albanta and La Gasolinera.
The cocktail bars that have participated with cocktails have been Manhattan, Refugio, Porké, Maykel and Lila Pub.
