The director of the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia, Veronica Lopez, along with the councilman of Youth, Mariano Carrasco and the Councillor for Social Policy, M ª Angeles Tunisia, visited the 40 young people participating in the Summer Camp in Youth Hostel Cabezo la Jara.
The camp, organized in collaboration with the Federation of Associations of People with Disabilities Murcia Physical and Organic Chemistry, aims to integrate people with physical disabilities in leisure and leisure time through recreational and cultural activities.

"The Youth Hostel Jara Cabezo the offer during the week of creative activities, entertainment, cultural and sports targeting 40 young people from the Federation FANDIF. It is a way of contributing to the integration of people with physical disabilities with opportunities for leisure "notes the Councillor for Social Policy, M ª Angeles Tunisia.
In this context, the camp aims to acquire a inclusiveness in which students with physical disabilities interact and live with other young volunteers without disabilities.
In addition, through the Camp FAMDIF Federation aims to integrate young people in leisure activities which are geared towards enhancing standard for action and Equal Opportunities.
Among the activities were organized during the days of summer camp, workshops include salt, making shirts or massage workshops.

On the other hand, the 40 young people will also conduct sports and leisure activities in the new pool Cabezo la Jara Youth Hostel in Puerto Lumbreras.

Youth Hostel facilities Cabezo de la Jara now have a dining room for more than a hundred people, kitchen, separate toilets in the four halls, bunk beds and video rooms, games and television.
Its location in the natural setting has made this hostel in one of the most sought after by groups and associations in different parts of Spain for retreats, meetings and expeditions.
In addition, the lodge also offers a Center of Nature and Astronomical Observatory.
