The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras organizes the closing day of the mappers Project (Murcia Rural Employment Activa), involving the municipalities of Puerto Lumbreras Totana and Cieza.
Maper European project being a success in Puerto Lumbreras through the office of social responsibility, O-Three, with which they have helped over 150 people to find work and advised over 800 companies to hire responsibly society.
The Socially Responsible Territories Office, aims to create structures and methodologies for the promotion and implementation of flexible forms of work organization that reconciles the productive benefit of the companies, the quality of life of working people and equality of opportunity .
The actions taken are to advise and support companies and government agencies in the implementation of systems of social responsibility and promote the creation of local agreements for employment social responsibility with the active participation of all stakeholders.
Among the most prominent are Maper Project is service training and job placement, diagnosis and analysis of the territory in terms of Social Responsibility, the design of the Strategic Plan "Territory socially responsible" and the methodology and tools for implementing Management Systems Human Resources socially responsible, especially in the Equal Opportunities between men and women.
The Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Community has promoted Maper Project, funded by the European Social Fund and has been implemented in collaboration with the towns of Puerto Lumbreras Totana and Cieza.
Aims to promote social and professional integration of groups with integration difficulties (women, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities or young people under 30 years), mainly through training and advice, and promote measures social responsibility in the municipalities members of the Project.
Puerto Lumbreras is the coordinator of all this pioneering project in the Region of Murcia and thanks to him, the town now stands 12 points below the national average unemployment.
With projects like these and the necessary infrastructure such as incubators for young entrepreneurs and women and the Centre for Local Development, Puerto Lumbreras is a town with a great capacity for economic development and employment.
Since O-THREE office has made project information mappers over 900 social partners, companies and municipalities
More than twenty companies in Puerto Lumbreras, Cieza Totana and have signed agreements through Maper Project for the implementation of CSR systems in their companies.
Through O-THREE have received advice on CSR, we carried on diagnosis and analysis of the company with respect to CSR, the initial report, report of measures to be implemented and developed a Strategy and Action Plan.
The Project has helped mappers labor insertion of the groups with integration difficulties (women, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities or young people under 30 years), mainly through training and advice, and promote the implementation of social responsibility measures in the municipalities members of the Project.
