The secretary general of the Government Delegation in the Region of Murcia, Juan José Camarasa Castera, with the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez López, inaugurated this morning the new schools the district lumbrerense Multifunctional El Esparragal.
The works of this new school have been funded entirely from the Plan E Government of Spain for an amount of 765,547 euros and allowed the creation of 9 contracts.
The new school, located between the Public School Immaculate Conception and the Library of the deputation of the Esparragal, covers over 1,000 square meters in which they have built 8 classrooms and an auditorium that will expand educational offerings this deputation.
Its location will also allow the use by students and faculty of the school annex Immaculate Conception.
The secretary general of the Government Office has welcomed the investment by the Government of Spain will significantly improve educational opportunities and training in the County of El Esparragal lumbrerense and help improve the conditions under which it is carried out the teaching of the Immaculate Conception public school near the new center.

The secretary general pointed out that thanks to the E Plan 2009 also invested around 500,000 euros in environmental improvements of urban Immaculate Conception School is dedicated to the removal of architectural barriers, a new street lighting, improvements to the sewerage and telephone and electricity and a new paving in the area.
Juan José Camarasa also referred to the E Plan investments in the municipality.
Specifically recalled that in two years, Puerto Lumbreras has received the Government of Spain 3.7 million euros that have allowed the recruitment of 262 people and implement 20 new municipal infrastructure such as sewage from the town center, a new collector stormwater drainage, urban improvements in the public school environment Sacred Heart, the Centre for Conciliation and Immaculate Conception School.
9 have also been financed social spending programs that have benefited more than 7,000 residents.
