On Saturday April 28 was played on the tennis courts of the former sports center tennis tournament will take place in Puerto Lumbreras along the entire month of May and is organized by the Tennis Club Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with the Department of Youth, Sports and Volunteering.
It was held in the form of mixed baby, participating in the same boys and girls aged between 8 and 10 years.
This is an open tournament in which players have been involved not only the "Tennis Club of Puerto Lumbreras," but have also come to this edition of the tournament other promising young tennis towns of Lorca, and the hamlet Pulpí Esparragal of up to a total of 20 players.
The winner in the main draw h grabbed Laura Arredondo Lopez Perez Alvaro Velasco defeated in a grand final contested by two players lumbrerenses.
The winner of the consolation draw was Matthew Muñoz Alberto Lorca by winning the final against local tennis player Marcos Javier Blasco Martinez.
Finally note the large crowds that came to witness the same event, as parents, siblings, tennis fans and sports that they enjoyed seeing in action the most promising young tennis.
