Puerto Lumbreras commemorates the International Day Against Violence Against Women with a solidarity march that brings together more than 200 people (25/11/2012)

All week they have been conducting various activities to mark the International Day Against Gender Violence, including the Solidarity March and reading the Manifesto Against Gender Violence.

The Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras has commemorated the International Day Against Violence Against Women with a program of activities promoted by the Department for Equal Opportunities for promoting "awareness in preventing gender-based violence."

The Councillor for Equal Opportunity, Catalina Gázquez, participated in the conference that started in the Women's Center of Puerto Lumbreras where many women have joined the resort.
