Local residents have collaborated in the reconstruction of the chapel that was destroyed by the flood.

One hundred lumbrerenses have come this morning to the blessing of the chapel in honor of the Virgen del Carmen which was destroyed by heavy rains last September 28.

Specifically the Chapel, which is situated in the hamlet of La Rambla in Tercia Vilerda, was built in 1945.

Residents of the hamlet lumbrerense have worked to rebuild the shrine of the patron saint of Cabezo de la Jara, the Virgen del Carmen.

This morning, the parish priest, Serafin Reinaldos Campoy, has blessed the Chapel in a ceremony in which they have scored more than 100 neighbors.
