The lumbrerense Juan Perez was proclaimed leader of the race last night 12 hour endurance mountain bike TREK.
In total, more than 400 athletes participated fans across Spain between 23.00h 11.00h in TREK resistance test.
The Mayor of the municipality, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, by the Councillor for Youth and Sports, Jose Aragon, the regional deputy Fernando Lopez Miras, and the Delegate of TREK in the Region of Murcia, Antonio Sanchez, presented the trophies to the winners of each one of the categories of teams of one, two, four and mixed members.
In this sense, Trek 12 hours is an event for fans of all levels of mountain biking.
It revolves around a closed circuit on the teams, individuals, in pairs, or 4 riders made, over 12 hours, as many laps as possible doing relays.
Thus the lumbrerense Juan Perez was the undisputed leader of the test within 12 hours of the test.
Sports councilor explained that "it covered 100% of entries and more than 400 athletes compieron. With this test holding Puerto Lumbreras is still committed to the sport and the organization of major sporting events."
