Many citizens attended the ceremony of Election and Coronation of the Queen Children of Puerto Lumbreras held yesterday afternoon in the Public Park Reina Sofía.
Claudia Sanchez Perez, has been crowned the new Queen Children 2013 of Puerto Lumbreras.
A total of 12 fourth-grade girls of all elementary schools in the county were presented as candidates for the election of the Queen 2013.
After placing the names of the candidates in an urn, the Queen Children 2012, Silvia Perez, took the name of the new Queen Children 2013, Claudia Sanchez Perez, who is 10 years old and is a student of Sacred Heart School.
The other girls were proclaimed Bridesmaids 2013.
The Public Park of Puerto Lumbreras Reina Sofía was the venue chosen to celebrate the act of Election and Coronation of the Queen Children.
After the election of the Queen, the attendees were treated to a performance of magic.
