The Festival will feature performances by the Chorus and Dance Group Virgen del Rosario de Puerto Lumbreras and other groups that represent the folklore of Andalusia and Murcia, as the Rock 'The Limonar' Llano de Brujas and group vocals and dances 'Antonio de Torres' Almeria.
Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Maribel Martinez, president of Local Group Chorus and Dance Virgen del Rosario, Joaquin Esteban, presented this year's Festival held on Saturday July 13 at 22.30 at the Castle Nogalte.
The town of Puerto Lumbreras host on Saturday July 13 at 2230 hours the XXVI National Folk Festival in the summer program including Puerto Lumbreras 'Cultural Nogalte'.

Thus, in his twenty-sixth year, the Festival will feature over 150 artists from the Rock "The Limonar" Llano de Brujas and Songs and Dances "Antonio de Torres" in Almeria.
Moreover, as every year, the festival will show dances from Puerto Lumbreras with traditional partying, Malaga and Jacks represented by the Chorus and Dance Group Virgen del Rosario.
In this sense, the president of the folk group lumbrerense, Joaquín Esteban González, stated that "in this new edition will have a high level of performances with various groups that have participated in many international festivals."
Thus, the Folklore Festival takes place on Saturday July 13 from 22.30 in the inner enclosure Nogalte Castle and entry is free.

The current group of Songs and Dances Virgen del Rosario was established in 1980, and currently make up more than 40 people, including members of the Rondalla and dancers.
His work focuses on the conservation, recovery and distribution of music, dance and traditional costumes of this town.
The group Festivals lumbrerense been participating in National and International Folklore leading to other countries like Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Turkey, Romania and France.
