PSOE: "The local government team PP left to fend for photovoltaic producers" (31/07/2013)

The vote against the Partido Popular in the last regular plenary session on July 30, to a proposal by the Socialist Municipal Group, left alone to fend for a large number of photovoltaic producers who invested in our town.

The proposed front expressing our opposition to the Decree-Law 9/2013, of July 12, by adopting measures on the financial stability of the electrical system, was rejected by a majority of the Popular Party.

There are many families that based on the trust should have the legislation of our country, were launched in search of a supplement to their income in the face of the coming years.

In many cases it was thought that this investment could mean a supplement to retirement.

The approval of Decree-Law 9/2013 has left in a critical situation photovoltaic producers, investors in the case of our town are not large or multinational companies.

In our town the facilities are distributed in small farmers is very important but the number affected.

Being very complicated situation in which there are many small investors who see savings lost a lifetime, we can not forget the domino effect that can result in investors who linked their solar farms to farms, ranches or industrial or stamped their housing investment.

It is outrageous to vote against a proposal that has already been voted for in other places by all political forces and, given the pressure exerted by the PSRM and producer associations, even the President of the Autonomous Community has announced it will appeal to the Constitutional Court.
