The Patron Saint of Puerto Lumbreras include over fifty of cultural, sports and religious throughout the month of October.
Joaquin Bascuñana toured the history and traditions of Puerto Lumbreras in a ceremony also attended by the Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla, and the Minister of Education, Universities and Employment, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.
The Delegate of the Government of the Region of Murcia, Joaquin Bascuñana opened last night the festivity of Puerto Lumbreras 2013 with the reading of the proclamation.
At 20:30 hours, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, M ª Ángeles Tunisia, accompanied by the Municipal Corporation to complete and received hundreds of lumbrerenses to the Government in Our Lady of the Rosary Church where Festivities opened with the reading of the proclamation.
