Puerto Lumbreras City Council moved this week the Technical and Planning Services to the offices of the City to centralize services and provide better service to citizens.
The council works, Eliseo Sanchez, this morning visited the new facilities in which the citizen is to facilitate all kinds of information and advice relating to planning, infrastructure and development of the municipality, counting with specialized technicians.
In this regard, Sanchez explained that "this is a new measure included in the austerity plan of the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras and involves the relocation of local government departments to reduce budget".
Thus, the urban area is responsible for the management, from the planning phase to the licensing and planning discipline.
From this area serve as specific technical requirements related to projects and licenses, inspection of any record related administrative and technical advice area of ​​the town planning issues, building areas, soil information, among others.
On the other hand are responsible for inspections of major works, minor work, occupation of public roads, and solar, as well as the processing for licensing, segregations, certificates, housing, rehabilitation and Comprehensive Rehabilitation Areas.

Thus, among the services that emphasizes state control in municipal infrastructure and services, development of plans for collaboration with other governments to implement municipal works, technical advice, monitoring the status of parks and gardens, state control road infrastructure and municipal bodies or personal assistance to neighborhood, among others.
