Wednesday, 24 September 2014 Puerto Lumbreras held during the month of October the festivity in honor of the Virgen del Rosario.

Specifically festivities begin on October 2 with the Proclamation of the Festival by the Minister of Education, Culture and Universities, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.
Also that night will be a loud bang, the traditional procession of San Francisco and a dancing orchestra Expressions with to entertain the first night of the festivity.
Thus, especially between 2 and 7 October, the town will host various religious ceremonies in honor of the Virgen del Rosario, cultural and sporting activities and entertainment events aimed at all groups.
