The Rambla Institute of Puerto Lumbreras Nogalte organizes a book fair in conjunction with local libraries to encourage the promotion of reading in young people.
The Fair provides reading books with various discounts and lower prices to benefit more than 800 students of the Institute of the locality.
The Rambla Institute of Puerto Lumbreras Nogalte organized throughout the week a Book Fair in collaboration with the libraries of the town.
Councillor for Culture, Maribel Martinez, explained that this is an "initiative which aims to promote reading in the more than 800 students of the school, in addition to offering books with various discounts."
Specifically, the Book Fair is held in conjunction with the recent start of the school year so that students can take advantage of discounts and special pricing to purchase reading books recommended by their school for the 2014- 2015 year.
Finally, they explained that this is an initiative that "in addition to promoting reading and providing books at more affordable prices with 20% discount for students, local businesses are also power to participate only bookstores in the town".
