Still immersed in the Christmas season, plays begin to glimpse the first competitions that will bring 2015. Among them, around the XXIX Regional League Cross with the running of the 3rd day, Sunday January 11 under the 9th Trophy "City of Puerto Lumbreras".

The event, organized by the Sports Association Esparragal in collaboration with the Department of Sports Hon.

City of Puerto Lumbreras and Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, will witness further Championship Murcia Short Cross for promise and senior categories, both male and female section.

Registrations must be made through the intranet platform RFEA, not allowing individual entries to athletes from FAMU and clubs that have not been processed by the club.

Only allow individually separate entries athletes, having to send before January 8 at 16:00 to competiciones@famu.es mail, accompanied by proof of payment of registration.

They may also enroll popular athletes, in this case through the platform inscriptions FAMU (http://www.famu.es/entries/step_one/145).

The cost thereof will be 2 € for baby, juvenile, child and cadet categories;

3 € for youth, junior, promise, senior and veterans as well as 6 € for popular runners categories.

Regarding the aforementioned Championship Murcia Short Cross, whose distance to travel will 4,000m., There will be absolute individual classification and other teams.

Clubs interested in participating in the Regional Team must send an email to competiciones@famu.es, indicating the athletes who will be part of it to contest the championship.

It is recalled that athletes enrolled in the short cross team can not make the team long cross and must choose one of two ways.

This classification score for the first four athletes from each club in the men's event, while in females score the first three athletes in goal.

The first three male senior teams will be entitled to participate in the L Championship Cross Country Spain by clubs, in the form of short cross, while in the women's ranking will get the winning team in the Regional next January 11, to be held at the circuit located next to Deportivo Municipal Center of Puerto Lumbreras.
