The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Secretary General of Finance and the Director General of Heritage and Telecommunications inaugurated this morning the new edition of the SICARM Fair.
Over four days, citizens will enjoy innovations in this sector through workshops, games and interactive demonstrations.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, Secretary General of Finance, Fernando López Miras and CEO of Heritage, Informatics and Telecommunications, Miriam Pérez inaugurated this morning the new edition of the New Technologies SICARM that will run from January 29 to February 1 in the sports hall Street San Javier de Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, the Annual Forum of the Information Society Murcia, in its fifteenth edition, travels to Puerto Lumbreras to bring the latest technology to citizens and businesses of the town innovations.
Over four days, children, young and old can enjoy innovation in the field of information technology and communication through workshops, games and interactive demonstrations.
The Mayor, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "this new edition arrives in Puerto Lumbreras with the aim of bringing technological innovations to citizens and familiarize them with the services they offer."
Among the workshops taught "Your region in the network, learn playing" are showing the different regional electronic services that exist today through laptops;
"Safe and Responsible Use of ICT" in this workshop guidelines for working with new technologies safely and responsibly be learned, and taught how to recycle electronic materials and how to give a second life by creating funny objects through recycled parts .
Another area is the audiovisual room where attendees will learn the progress made in the audiovisual field with 4K and 3D technology.
Furthermore, there is also a workshop of entertainment in which it will interact with next generation consoles.
The rest of workshops covering digital and pinhole photography to know the real operation of the cameras.

Note that visitors can participate in various contests and fully realize all workshops through the "Document Sicarm Identity", all visitors can participate in the draw for a tablet.
Finally, the Mayor stressed that "the City Council work to contribute to the effective incorporation of lumbrerenses the Information Society, revealing technologies and services. To do this, in this fair were analyzed and experience New Technologies from different perspectives and the latest developments in the fields of Informatics and Telecommunications "will be presented.
The opening hours of SICARM is Friday and Saturday from 10-14 hours and from 16.30 to 20.30;
and Sunday from 10-14 hours.
Finally, note that SICARM, Information Society Murcia, is a set of technological events that have taken place annually in the Region of Murcia since 2001. In conducting this fair has helped the City Puerto Lumbreras, the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Integra Foundation, grow with Europe Murcia and European Regional Development Fund.
