Puerto Lumbreras host the First Fair Employment, Training and Innovation for 9 and 10 March (04/03/2015)

It is an initiative aimed at unemployed people, students in their final year of high school and vocational training and entrepreneurs who wish to have information about employment opportunities and self-employment.

The City Council is committed to continue promoting measures job creation.

Puerto Lumbreras reduced its unemployment rate during the month of February, standing at 10.93%, more than 12 points below the national average.

Puerto Lumbreras host the First Fair Employment, Training and Innovation for 9 and March 10 in Hall Street San Javier.

Specifically, it is an initiative aimed at unemployed people, students in their final year of high school and vocational training and entrepreneurs who wish to have information about employment opportunities and self-employment.

Thus, during the 9 and March 10 conferences and workshops will be taught with limited prior entry in the Innovation Centre, Training, Employment and Companies of Puerto Lumbreras capacity.

In this sense, the show will begin with a lecture on useful tools and Temporary Employment Placement Agencies, given by Luis Pizarro and Irene Flores Iman Temporing ETT.

The day will continue with a workshop on ways for young job that will address issues of interest to this group.

This workshop will be taught by volunteers Cazalla Association Staff Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia and staff of the City of Puerto Lumbreras.

Similarly, the show continues on March 10 at 10:00 am with a lecture on self-employment as a career taught by Carlos Miras of INFO and Ruth Guerola UCOMUR.

At 12.15 there will be a conference on useful tools for Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia taught by staff of this organization.

Also, the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "this is a forum for employment and training open to all citizens and raised as an occasion for people unemployed or who wish to broaden their training they can improve their opportunities in the labor market and educational. "

He also added that "there will be enabled space in which citizens may submit their resumes and enroll in job boards."

Employment Exchanges

The Department of Employment of the City of Puerto Lumbreras has also provided a space for companies and institutions, attended by organizations from various sectors in which interested parties may submit their resumes personally to existing vacancies and for future vacancies.

Similarly, for those visiting the fair will have the opportunity to enroll in different job boards participating institutions like the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, Fecoam, Guadalentin Embark or the Center for Innovation, Training, Employment and Business (CIFE 2).

Also, the fair will offer visitors the opportunity to expand their knowledge through an extensive training offer from the University of Murcia, Murcia Catholic University, Center for Adult Education "Alto Guadalentín", among others.

Finally, note that this first Fair Employment, Training and Innovation is organized by the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras and with the participation of IES Rambla de Nogalte, Center for Adult Education "Alto Guadalentín" schools of the municipality, FECOAM, UCOMUR, School of Agricultural Training, Temporary Employment, INFO, AJE, Ministry of Defense, Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, University of Murcia, Murcia Catholic University, Polytechnic University of Cartagena, UNED, Confederation of Employers ASEPLU, Amel Association of Women Entrepreneurs, among others.
