San Damiano Cemetery of Puerto Lumbreras is preparing to celebrate All Saints Day (26/10/2015)

This year the City Council increased the public transport network and enables one thousand parking spaces in the cemetery San Damiano's Day Saints.

On November 1 at 17.00 will officiate a Mass in the cemetery San Damiano which is scheduled to attend a thousand citizens.

Local florists sell flowers on the outside of the cemetery in positions authorized by the council, in open from 09.00 to 18.00.

Puerto Lumbreras held on Sunday November 1st at 17: 00h the All Saints Day with the traditional Mass in the cemetery San Damiano, which will gather together nearly a thousand lumbrerenses.

Furthermore, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, local florists sell flowers on 30 and 31 October and 1 November from 9.00 to 6 p.m. in the area outside the cemetery.

So, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, accompanied by the Councillor for Public Spaces, Juan Francisco Carrillo, and Councilman Works, Eliseo Sanchez, have overseen the actions for improvement, which is being developed for tuning cemetery coinciding with the feast of All Saints.

Also are doing work in painting, gardening, cleaning and paving streets in some of the cemetery.

On the other hand, the City, through the Department of Public Spaces, a special service will enable public transport every hour to facilitate the arrival of citizens to Cemetery San Damian, 09.00ha 14.00hy 16.00 to 19.00.

"Flower Market" in the Municipal Cemetery

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Department of Commerce, enabled stalls selling flowers on the outside of the cemetery to enhance the activity of local businesses.

And flowers will be sold on 30 and 31 October and 1 November in all day from 09.00 to 18.00.

Notably businesses participating in this initiative are Guirrete Florist, Florist 13 Roses, and Sosa Miguel Florist Florists.
