Saturday, January 2, 2016. The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, Juan Francisco Gomez, have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting economic development and lumbrerense business of the town.

Specifically, with the formalization of the new agreement will increase and business support services in the municipality will be improved through the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, located in the industrial area of ​​Puerto Lumbreras.

In this respect, and through this collaboration agreement, the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras provides a subsidy of 3,000 euros to the Chamber of Commerce to strengthen and launch new services to entrepreneurs and traders in the town.

In addition, new activities, advocacy, dissemination and promotion of businesses, shops and business culture will also be held in the town.

Similarly, one of the actions to be carried out with this agreement is the service of information, documentation, counseling, training and employment to businessmen and entrepreneurs from the seat-delegation of the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Lumbreras.

Also, the Mayor, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "we continue to work to promote the business and commercial activity in the city. With this new agreement will be launched new activities, more trade campaigns and new services for business owners and entrepreneurs ".
