The official historian of Puerto Lumbreras, Juan Romera, has published a new book "The flood of St. Wenceslas" by the doctor of Geography and Planning Ordinance, Joaquin Romero.

In this new book, the authors present an overview of the events that happened in the flood of September 28, 2012 in Puerto Lumbreras and Lorca, with particular emphasis on the risk of flooding and land management.

The official historian of Puerto Lumbreras and academician of the Royal Academy of Alfonso X the Wise, Juan Romera, presented his new book "The flood of St. Wenceslas," opposite Joaquin Romero, doctor in Geography and Planning Ordinance by University Murcia.

Juan Sanchez Sanchez Romera

PhD in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Murcia.

He currently works as a teacher-educator in the Caixa-Proinfancia program is a tour guide in "Lorca Taller del Tiempo" and contributes a monthly magazine of cultural diffusion on urban issues.

Despite his youth, is credited with the publication of numerous articles in various scientific journals and general dissemination.
