Thursday, January 28, 2015. On the occasion of the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas, patron of Secondary Education, the Secondary School Nogalte Rambla de Puerto Lumbreras has organized an extensive program of activities and workshops, in which they have participated All students at the school.

Specifically, students of that school, and vocational training of middle and upper level have participated in more than twenty activities among which stand out the competition models of French monuments and symbols, the culinary contest desserts typical of Anglo-Saxon culture The chess competition or contest 'Pasapalabra'.

In addition, this year the students have participated in workshops and innovative activities as the workshop resolution Rubik's Cube, making scented candles, creating personalized calendars or trivial adapted to the subjects taught for different courses.

Thus, students have also participated in activities organized for the second consecutive year due to the success of the previous year such as making water rockets, the gymkhana organized by the Department of Geography and History or the literary recital 'Share a text'.

In this sense, the educational community of the Institute expressed his "satisfaction" for this educational and recreational journey that has had a massive turnout and has become a hallmark and tradition to the center.

Remarkably, this year was held a solidarity raffle with donated by students and objects whose profits will go to Caritas Parish of Puerto Lumbreras.

Also, there have been various sports competitions, putting the finishing touch to this day the match between teachers and students, in which no shortage of cheerleaders and banners to support both teams.
