Therefore, from the Department of Social Policy in collaboration with the Department of Education and Culture are holding a series of actions to facilitate the educational integration of immigrant child population, as it is necessary to support workshops and educational support to help children in the process of social adaptation.

Through the workshops organized from these councils children not only learn to speak Spanish, but provide them the tools and resources needed for learning and strengthening of educational disciplines.

The project presented today, "Education for Diversity" is presented as an innovative approach in our town, given the lack of specific action specifically targeted at immigrant children.

"

The project "Education for Diversity" includes a tutoring workshop, introductory course to computers and the holding of the first days of coexistence "between cultures", which will include cultural activities and sports, among native and immigrant populations .

This project will begin to start in late May and ends in December, and involved students from different schools in the county, among which are the Jordan CP Assumption, Sacred Heart and CP CP Juan Antonio López Alcaraz Rambla de Nogalte Institute.
