The City provides cleaning and fencing of 145 lots through a Municipal Ordinance (01/09/2008)

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras continues its commitment to harness the municipality towards sustainable development and improving the quality of life for its citizens in municipal plans involving the environmental perspective.
